Hillary.
Donald Trump has rape charges, has said racist things against Black people, Mexicans, Muslims, Middle Eastern people, and women in general.
He has no political experience, and is running his campaign on a series of incredibly erroneous beliefs.
Not a chance in Hell I would vote for him.

Personally I don't like Trump either. But Hillary is MUCH worse in my view. White liberals CANNOT be trusted.

I won't say it's the Liberals it's the corporate politicians as a whole. The Democratic Party fakes a left campaign while moving Right. Don't trust any politician who takes Wall-Street money. Repubs included. Trump is better because his Anti-TPP stance. If TPP hits people will lose their jobs.

I know but black people are waaaay too trusting of white liberals. THEY ARE NOT OUR FRIENDS. They pretend to be progressive and smile in your face. But as soon as you leave the room they will crack racist jokes. The hypocrisy is intrinsic with these people.

I'm an Independent, so I'm not under the Democratic curse. I mainly side with the Left. Only thing I'm moderate on is Abortion. Also, Climate Change is an issue to me.

Can you substantiate the first part? Wrt TPP, it's going to happen whether a D or R is in office. Currently, repubs are against it, because Obama is for it. Their m.o. is to be against EVERYTHING Obama stands for so they'll just rename it to something else. Trade deals help the large corps that you like to rail against, and repubs love large corps. Trump represents a large corp and benefits immensely from trade deals. Why would he change that? You're going to get TPP (in a different name to make it more palatable for stupid people, but it'll be the same thing) and you're also going to get all of the horrors that come along with a far right-leaning supreme court.

What's your race/ethnicity (and income group)?

You have a gripe with "special interests" so I'm wondering if you're a POC and don't understand that you fall into that category, or if you're a white male threatened by the political power of folks in that category.

Vantablack and lets just say im the 25% tax bracket ..not the low end...

My worry isnt neccesarily domestic power wrangling..in case you havent noticed every war we go into theres a recession afterwards and the country is poorer than before..its would be stupid to vote for a candidate determined to start another in syria especially for people who arent caking off the defense industry like me.

Yea, and I don't know how you can look at what we know about both candidates, weigh that, then come out in support of Trump. But go ahead and vote for someone who's going to limit your right to vote among the other things posted above that you conveniently ignore.
:comeon: How would he do that? Despite the bullshyt propaganda hillarys been spreading He cant roll back civil rights voting acts and supreme court decisions..thats just ridiculous..And he has never stated he would..in fact i can find no reputable source where trump has shown any animus toward Negros.

I have proved the first part in this whole thread. Thee Dems besides Sanders and the Progressives are NOT left-wingers. They are a center-right party.

Wrt animus towards us, it's out there if you're serious - from his rental policies towards blacks to his dehumanizing rhetoric about us.

As far as America is concerned the Democratic party is moderate left. They push socially progressive legislation and moderate economic policy. Center-right would be someone like Romney. The Democratic party is to the left of someone like him. I like Bernie and supported Bernie with my vote during the primary, but I've come to realize that I'm not a fan of his purity politics.

Me personally, I'm just tired of the Democratic Party and their games. They voted against everything on the DNC Platform. I will just go the Independent route. Hopefully, a legit 3rd Part can pop off. THIS is why I hope the Greens and Libertarians get over 5% of the vote this year.

:jbhmm: If you read those decisions you would understand nobody is rolling back the VRA..the fight was over fine tuning it and how the coverage formulas are applied
Chief Justice Roberts closes his opinion by explaining what the decision does not do. It does not overturn the Voting Rights Act's ban on discriminatory voting rules. Furthermore, it does not directly affect the preclearance requirement in Section 5, which leaves Congress the opportunity to draft new rules -- based on current conditions -- to determine which states or local governments should be subject to preclearance. The decision allows those affected by voting rule changes to sue under Section 2 of the act, but that is a longer and more expensive process that places the burden of proof on those challenging the changes.
The republicans have had their share of gerrymandering and taking votes away from convicts and those are fair ctiticisms BUT
None of this has anything to do with trump and he has expressed no interest in pushing this matter anyway...it seems you are projecting your fears onto him

Since then, however, the legal trend has abruptly reversed. In 2010, Republicans flipped control of 11 state legislatures and, raising the specter of voter fraud, began undoing much of the work of Frye and subsequent generations of state legislators. They rolled back early voting, eliminated same-day registration, disqualified ballots filed outside home precincts and created new demands for photo ID at polling places. In 2013, the Supreme Court, in the case of Shelby County v. Holder, directly countermanded the Section 5 authority of the Justice Department to dispute any of these changes in the states Section 5 covered. Chief Justice John Roberts Jr., writing for the majority, declared that the Voting Rights Act had done its job, and it was time to move on. Republican state legislators proceeded with a new round of even more restrictive voting laws.

I read them. They get one thing, they move on to something else, and more restrictive. Once they control all 3 branches... And your calling the defanging of Section 5 "fine tuning" shows how far gone you are. Further, this has everything to do with that orange a$$hole and the Justices he would select. Why do you keep ignoring this?
