Thing is, I really do hope it's just some female lying. That person has carried their persona to other forums too. If that is a male, he should be IP banned, allowing an individual that isn't mentally stable to post isn't a good idea.

Of course, typically with situations like that you can just ban any alt. accounts. From my experience most disturbed individuals stop after the first ban.
