Can't fire somebody who is already out the door. This basically is when you go to pick up your last check and you see that they shorted you on hours. He caught them hands backstage too. Vince couldn't do shyt except maybe sue, but he knew he was wrong for what he did so he took it.

Titus is a pretty intelligent dude. I doubt he would have done it unless he felt he had a comfortable relationship with the boss based on past interactions. I'm guessing this is just Vince being a baby, and he will probably make things right when he realizes that.

Titus doesn't scream troublemaker so 90 days seems extremely excessive.
