That’s but because of the QB situation

He’s shown to be a good head coach

Teams have no patience anymore

Which is wild because Levis actually looks like the future at the position for them. He got PLENTY out of a team that struggled with injuries, had inconsistency at QB, and all but gave away AJ Brown and Kevin Byard.

Good. Vrabel wasn’t going to be able to develop Levis we drafted the Mayo man we have to go all in on offense to maximize our upside.

Vrabel still a great coach but he isn’t the coach we need in this point of our franchise

It’s his fault that the QB stinks and that they traded a great young WR away for no reason?

Yeah I think Vrabel's not a bad coach but that team might have plateaued under him. Trending the wrong direction past couple seasons

Wasn't really his fault. Coaches are only as good as the roster you obtain for them. Traded AJ, let good linemen go. Tannehill and Henry got older. Just was what it was. His penchant for hiring from within, like Arthur Fukkin Smith & Tim Kelly are blemishes on him but that's about it tbh. He he a helluva coach at the end of the day. Just a tad bit outdated to some of his approaches.

The AJ trade to this day I’ll never understand

when they showed the video of the trade happening Vrabel clearly was pissed about it

This is more a mutual parting of ways, and tbh it's more Vrabel wanted to leave than him getting fired
He wants the NE job if Beli leaves and if he doesn't I'm assuming the Chargers won't waste time going for him

I know he’s beloved there, but NE over Nashville doesn’t make much sense. Nashville has warmer weather; Nashville is basically Atlanta for cacs, no state tax, and you in a weaker division.

:what:

You know we don't about Tomlin leaving?

Thought guy wanted to take some time away and/or change of scenery.

First round exit to Bills he probably moves on.... Superbowl appearance he probably moves on.

Divisional or AFC championship exit he probably thinks he can build up on the situation and sticks it out a couple more, imo....
