I've been jumping between this and destiny since it launched. I've already regen'd a gun and my volt is like level 18. But yeah there are so many games people are split between I'm not surprised.

Jim Sterling also put out a video saying that it's a shame that the game does so many things right, but it isn't doing well because of when it was released, and other reasons

Some of the dialogue had me cracking up between jack and Bt.

The story was serviceable but ultimately very forgettable and definitely the weakest part. I can already feel myself forgetting what it was even about.


But goddammit if that wasn't the best fps campaign I've played this Gen.

It's especially noticeable because I recently began the black ops 3 campaign which in my time playing was utter garbage. in fact I'd say advanced warfare has a better campaign than black ops 3. but that's another thread.

I was blown away by this campaign. I expected a throwaway junk campaign like a battlefield game..

Boy was I wrong. maybe I should have seen it coming considering just how good modern warfare 1 and 2's campaigns were.

I could play an entire game of just platformin sections. that's how fun they were. Without spoiling the different mechanics they give you in certain parts had me amazed with delight.

The titan level :wow:

That's the thing about this game. They nail every single thing. The platforming. The titans. The shooting.


I would play a game of strictly any of those 3 and love it. The fact it combines all 3 and mixes them up beautifully. :mjcry:

People need to play this.

I'm. going to make a separate thread about the campaign tomorrow.
