I don't like "technical" mech games (sims with tons of controls). This is different. It's easier to play. The mech fighting I hate is where you gotta control everything. Titanfall makes mech fighting easily assessable. TF2 is a great fukking game. A big improvement over the first one.

Finished the campaign on hard
Kinda wish I played on master since hard was a breeze but games difficulty settings swing wildly from game to game and didn't want to possibly be frustrated on my first playthrough.
I love that they made titans characters. felt very transformers like. Bt a real one
Some of the dialogue had me cracking up between jack and Bt.
The story was serviceable but ultimately very forgettable and definitely the weakest part. I can already feel myself forgetting what it was even about.
But goddammit if that wasn't the best fps campaign I've played this Gen.
It's especially noticeable because I recently began the black ops 3 campaign which in my time playing was utter garbage. in fact I'd say advanced warfare has a better campaign than black ops 3. but that's another thread.
I was blown away by this campaign. I expected a throwaway junk campaign like a battlefield game..
Boy was I wrong. maybe I should have seen it coming considering just how good modern warfare 1 and 2's campaigns were.
I could play an entire game of just platformin sections. that's how fun they were. Without spoiling the different mechanics they give you in certain parts had me amazed with delight.

That's the thing about this game. They nail every single thing. The platforming. The titans. The shooting.
I would play a game of strictly any of those 3 and love it. The fact it combines all 3 and mixes them up beautifully.
People need to play this.
