If you’re hard, try the omad(one meal a day) diet. Fell off just a lil bit been on this diet for a week now and already back to my goal weight.

Your body adjusts to it. How about change your thinking on dieting you do realize that three meal a day is some cac shyt right? Most cultures in the world really don’t be eating like that bro. Again this isn’t for everyone as I know people can’t put the fork down. Also I wouldn’t recommend it if haven’t at least intermittent fasting or other fasting methods in the past. Stay being a fat fukk :umad:

Lol so what about millions that fast, Ramadan recently happened they alllll doing bad things to their body for 100s of years.

Well it is hard as wrong info being pumped out lol hence why here in UK and USA have some many obese people and so many fail in counting cals only.

It's insulin you have to manage, not just counting cals. Yeah counting cals works to a degree, but if your not managing your insulin the weight will just come back. No suprise most of people on shows like biggest loser always end up putting weight back on.

If your always eating how your body gonna have a chance to burn your actual fat and not just what you are eating. Remember fat is stored in 2 places not just 1.

Your actually less hungry when your fasting, as the Ghrelin hormone goes down the longer you fast. Plenty of studies show that.

I'm the least hungry when I'm fasting.

End or day it's up to the person and see what works for them, but it's no suprise this way of eating multiple meals has had such an effect. Pretty sure even your Grandparents would say to you don't snack etc as they were prob bought uo with that way of thinkin and i bet there hardky any obese people around then like there are now.

Dunno where this thought process of having to eat so much came about tbh.

For me IF with Keto is best, as it's all about reducing insulin and actually burning my body fat. Works wonders for me and millions.

You are overstating it. Multiple meals cause a certain number of insulin spikes and larger meals less frequently cause longer insulin spikes. The reality is that they balance out when calories are generally controlled. Your body does not turn on and off fat burning like a switch, sometimes you burn, sometimes you don't. Same with muscle growth if the factors to grow are in place.

The emphasis on insulin is overstated in generally healthy people that eat "well" and exercise. You would be better of trying to control your insulin sensitivity by picking up heavy items frequently.

I can't ever dispute that it works but it mainly works on a caloric deficit been created. I did IF for years for the record and you can make it work both ways.

Yes your body is always burning and burns what it needs to survive, that source being from gylcogen or fat stores. But just calorie counting alone, does not reduce and keep fat off.

Reducing calories alone rarely works as we see, as, this is due to reduction in the RMR and metabolism. The weight usually creeps back on.

But end of day like i tell my friends and anywaon that asks, do what works for you and can sustain.

For me it's IF with/or Keto, not to say it's the only way and may not be for everyone. But i haven't found anyone who has done either and then put weight back on.

Hopefulky the OP can take some info from this thread and get shredded and get those hoes

Sir there is zero evidence that meal frequency impacts weight/fat loss when calories are controlled. It doesn't make scientific difference.

Here is a study and article on it from the GAWD Dr Jason Fung. He can prob explain better than I am lol

https://idmprogram.com/the-biggest-loser-diet-fasting22/
This is the issue with the article and him using it to prop up IF. It's based on the morbidly obese who are likely diabetic and pre-diabetic. Their bodies do no operate normally in regards to insulin. It has been shown in those populations IF is a great way for them to improve their health.

For people not in that condition it doesn't apply scientifically to a point where meal frequency matters.

Well no and I didn't say it does.

Fasting just makes it easier to deplete your gylcogen, allow atrophy and tap into your fat stores, the same end goal can be done eating all day on Keto as like i said its about controlling insulin.

You dont like the GAWD lol

TBH for years He has just been saying to fast for the reasons I mentioned, but it can be done on Keto as the end goal is the same.

It's not lile he is selling anything in that regard and has a vested interest in people doing IF

I got nothing against him, I just know to look at things from all angles.
