Yeah Americans are fat fukks tho so it’s hard to garner what’s big and what’s not. When I was 205 people thought I was still slim for my height and now people think I’m 150 but I’m not. Most people are horrible at gauging weight based on the naked eye. I get the same comments bro but I’m not trying to get jacked in the gym so I just try to maintain because I know I can blow up fast.

ive never had to lose weight in my life. I’m 177 and wanna get down to 165-167.

I’m 5’11 btw


Do I just run 3 miles a day?
I recommend for you to have an average of 500 calories deficit (for you to burn 500 calories more per day on average than you intake) every day for an entire month straight. That should have you lose about 10 pounds exactly according to my calculations and experience.

Only drink water
Also eat 1500 calories a day
It can be whatever food you like but each day include at least a fruit
Also jump rope is a great exercise
10 sets of 300 skips with a minute break will speed up your weight loss and it’ll be great to strengthen your heart and lungs

IF and Keto I would recommend.

Look on Youtube for Dr Jason Fung, Dr Eric Berg, Thomas Delauer, Jason Whitrock.

Tons of info about IF and Keto, best way for me is controlling insulin thus forcing my body to use stored fat for energy.

TBH it's how humans were always eating, only in recent times of human history we started eating multiple meals a day - notice how fat the western world is who adopt this way of eating.

For me it's easier way to shred up, don't need to worry about food prep or thinking about my next meal and main thing is its easy to maintain.

Counting calories will work to a degree, but if your not burning your body fat you will just be back at square one.

Ultimately it's whaf works for you and what you can sustain.
