ive never had to lose weight in my life. I’m 177 and wanna get down to 165-167.

I’m 5’11 btw


Do I just run 3 miles a day?

You've first got to explain what you're currently doing/have been doing...

What's your diet like? Do you work out? Run? Sprint? Lift weights? Physical job?

Eat food high in fiber

Drink a gallon of water a day some days even a gallon of distilled

Some type of cardio

If you must sweeten something use stevia

If you must drink soda drink zevia

Buy three things of food that's bad for you something sweet, something salty, something else that's like popcorn where you can get some and go eat a little bit of the bad food like a quarter portion

Have something filling for breakfast I usually do steel cut oatmeal with brown sugar or a egg fried over easy with garlic salt and the thinnest slices of the sharpest cheddar I can find

Fast at least four times a week for 16 hours. First fast two days in a row then shoot for ten in a row

The fasting makes you feel stronger, fuller, more intune, more alert

To me Seltzer water is kinda nasty but I drink Sparkling Water which is natural my favorite flavor is cherry Lime

I don't know how old you are but as you do this thing your taste buds will change to certain flavor combos for certain things like I love kale with onion powder,garlic salt, and white pepper, Pretzel M&Ms are so fire, and crusted Salmon

Another thing limit liqour consumption and limit carbs

Don't double up on starches too much like if you have potatoes no reason for rice

If you can't run walk like what I've been doing is listening to old episodes of the Combat Jack podcast and walk along with that if you walking with music play a song with a higher BPM because it can link with your heart and your feet as one unit following the beat while keeping the paste

Download a walk tracker app and do seven miles every other day so 3.5 miles up then 3.5 back

If u cut back on carbs and no sugar...lots of water.

Ive been doing keto for 36 days, down 20 lbs
