the only coaches I'm looking at with the :patrice: are Jon Richt (goes without saying, but apparently Nkosi really likes him so we'll see), Hartley (special teams was trash last year in all facets), and I would say Stacy Searles is approaching that level. I'll reserve judgment and see how the O-Line is next year but talent should not be an issue starting next year because we've recruited decently.

I actually think Rumph has done a good job, although I feel like I'm in the minority with that one lol. To me, Banda is the weaker secondary coach.
Rumph needs to step his recruiting though. There is a good chance that he strikes out on most of the AH kids even though he used to coach them. Kool needs to recruit better. I never thought I would say something like this, but he has been living off of Golden’s DL recruits.

If Georgia pulls this out, Tyson is most likely gone and I honestly wouldn't blame him.

Someone described Rumph and Kool's weakness as recruiters to more of keeping it 100 with recruits, which I can respect, than actually selling them on. I know that Richt wants to take the high road in regards to recruiting and the program overall, but sometimes you have to get your hands dirty to get results. This class is shaping up to be no different than his last two; good but not good enough.

I'll say I was wrong.

"Closing" imo is: Campbell, Meadows, Peters kid we just got on, Briggs, Chatfield, Carson, Ezzard, and or Thompson or Surtain. Anything less than that is a failure.

EDIT: Meadows reaffirmed his commitment to FSU :francis:. We need another OL.

Like I said, a lot of folks are saying that Rumph is more of a laid-back coach that isn't too recruiting savvy. This being his first gig might have something to do with it but he's gotta learn the game. We need a Travaris Robinson type recruiter.
