Among the walking dead
He stopped smoking weed when he had his baby . He just not in that MOTM mindset
Yall heard this?
This is pretty much how I feel. I can still play A Kid Named Cudi and his first 2 albums front to back.I love those first two albums so much that I still check for him and always will.
nikka MOTM 2 is in my top 3 of the past decade, I can fukk with rock,it's like 80% of what I listen to, but that song I can't fukk with. Basic guitar riff,no buildup to it which I hate..song was too quiet for me.
Wyclef has been singing like that, and lol @ Dylan like he's the only one who sings, Dylan was in his video and that was about it.
Does that sound anything sound anything like Dylan? Not even his Dylan cover sounds like Dylan.
Same style, different topic, as a Bob Dylan stan I have a very hard time seeing the resemblance. Might as well name any dude who ever did acoustic or down scaled instrumental singing.
Imo he had his own unique style.
And I still don't know who Andre was jacking?
Both him and Cee-lo evolved completely natural, I think Cee-lo evolved a bit quicker but they were both moving naturally to where they are.
So wyclef was jacking Bob Marley? He didn't have a single reggae beat and Bon Marley has one song that wasn't reggae. But you said 3000 was straight jacking initially. Furthermore, what has he done post TLB? He has done one soundtrack for a movie, making film music. The rest has been rapping features mostly.I'm not even sure why you're talking about Dylan when I'm talking about Bob Marley. He didnt get the Rasta Impasta label for nothing by LL
Its not about straight jacking, its about how he's tried to follow that trajectory too much that, as a said post-Love Below it wasnt that creative anymore. People could have seen that from the beginning.
I mean Cudi is really trying hard for that Cobain level

I don't see it, I could say that any Reggae artist is straight jacking Bob Marley or that Marley was jacking anyone that came before him. Dude was rapping on his tracks, doing Europop shyt, singing with a low monotone verse on gone to November and on. Post examples that aren't the two covers or so the fugees did. I'm not the biggest fan of his but I was a big fan of Lauryn/Fugees, so I might've missed the tracks you are talking about. Perfect gentleman?Boy if you dont see how Clef was trying to sing like Marley and failing badly at it I dont know what to tell you except just because he didnt have a reggae beat doesnt mean he wasnt doing it
As for Dre, I'm not even talking about his rapping features, I'm talking about his non-rapping tracks....obviously. Idlewild kinda exposed him on that as well as the Back to Black cover record and how no one was here for his guitair solo on when 16 Aint Enough. Heck the fact he came back to rapping is why those records were even so celebrated even if retrospect they weren't mind blowing
