One piece of advice for getting rid of procrastination is having self-compassion. It may seem counterproductive, but talking to yourself like you'd talk to other people about what you're procrastinating on has been scientifically proven to alleviate procrastination.
Telling yourself "Yes, this is going to be difficult just like it is for everybody else. Don't get discouraged, you and everyone else will go through the same thing" actually leads to less procrastination.
