The state has the authority to enslave you simply by convicting you of a crime and sending you to private prison or requiring community service through state approved agencies.

All religions should explicitly forbid it.

Founded by Tuareg berbers but it became big under black islamic rule.
Also Tuaregs are known for not being very religious, thats why white people love them so much. Look at the situation in northern Mali its all about Tuaregs refusing to be ruled by blacks.
