Timbaland had a wayyyy bigger 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013....etc. than Mannie.
There's a litany of producers who has a MUCH greater Hip Hop resume than Timbo. Dre, RZA, Ye, Preemo, Alchemist, Pete Rock...
Timbo was dope and has some excellent...even classic...beats on his resume, but let's not place him in the class of those dudes when talking producing for Hip Hop artists.

Fresh has to many quality (albums) he produced under his belt. He's not getting his due because he hasn't worked with the "big" artist like Timbo has worked with

Fresh hasn't done a singe with Nelly Furtardo
See where I'm going...if Fresh was to do songs and produce their "singles" he would be in the same breath, but folks choose to put him in a middle or lower tier because he's not on T.V. or hasn't had that big POP record like your Timbos and Pharrell and Dr. Dre...only difference

sorry breh. The only one coming close to Timbaland is Dre/Preemo and maybe Kanye.
Timbaland been doing it at a high level since the 90's dating back to Jodeci. He been able to fill dancefloors/top charts and put together classic album cuts. Those dudes aint seeing him.
Thats because Timbo makes beats that can work on their large platform. Mannie is dope, dont get me wrong be he cant touch the world/crossover if necessary like Timbo.
If you gotta set up a criteria for Mannie to win, then you already lost.
R&B. You trying to place him above Hip Hop producers. And regardless, I can name many RZA or Ye or Preemo beats that is on par or better than anything Timbo has crafted.

Timbo produces singles for the most part...Put up an "album" Timbo produced that's seeing any album Fresh produced.
Fresh was an "in-house" producer for the most part. Dude didn't get that opportunity to work freely like your Pharrells/Timbos and Dr. Dre. He started to do so when he left CMR but he didn't have a resume that shown he produced a POP artist thus him not working with your BIGGER artists.. Come on dude
Noone is seeing FRESH..dude produced "albums" 15-16 tracks per album from different artists...who all had their own lane....
