I noticed Tim Legler on TV the other day and realized this man been on ESPN for 20 years and I swear I have never heard anyone say a positive or negative thing about him. No one has ever had an opinion on him. There are no conversations or threads on him. He is on sportscenter 5 minutes a day after every big game and he seems like background noise.

Props to him to getting his bag while being nearly anonymous for 20 years.

As it should be, back in the day, when the sports journalist weren’t trying to be celebrities and the new stories themselves

Young folks here don't remember the EPIC Tim Hardaway era back in 2002/03 on ESPN. Dude couldn't speak a lick!

I was a sophomore in college and me and my roommate was staring at the TV on Friday night in tears when this dude was on.

Man SOHH was on his outtakes at that time! Comedy! He was so bad it was enjoyable to watch. He'd stutter, get names wrong, forget what team they played on and look at the wrong cameras

I remember one time he replied back when he couldn't remember a player name he said 'that other shooter I can't remember his name'

JJ was hosting and SAS called in and said something like ‘yea JJ I like what I’m seeing you finally showing some personality…now we just gotta get Tim next’

It was wild bc it wasn’t said like a punchline he said it like he actually meant it, like he was coaching a intern.

I just KNOW them Nggas hate SAS. Legler was on screen didn’t say nothin but was probably cussin under his breath while just cheesin.
