The pig is no more filthy than any other animal when you're being honest. What's more filthy than a rat, yet there are cultures that eat rats just fine.

I agree with all the above. I still fukk with catfish depending on the situation…. But as I’ve gotten older… I much rather prefer the fish listed on your post…. My lady doesn’t fukk with catfish period….
