According to who? Just because WWE books them that way doesn’t mean they’re actually stars to the fans which is my point.

Stars are talent showcased in the biggest position. If a movie has Neil Patrick Harris and Leah Raimi as the main characters they’re the stars of the movie. Are they larger than life actors like Capo or J-Law? No, but they’re stars no matter what.

And like I said…… just because they are the stars of the movie doesn’t mean that fans view them that way and will support them. What I said isn’t that difficult to interpret.

No, it’s not the talents fault. It’s the bookings fault. It’s the writer’s fault. It’s Cokeboy’s fault.

If the E actually gave a shyt about their product then people would tune in.

Even you wrote the talent better, there’s no guarantee would still flock to those characters. The people may look the part on the roster, but they just don’t have the “it” factor and the writing isn’t going to change that.

The Attitude Era had some of the worst characters (not as bad as the mid 90s), but people tuned in. A former porn star, an overweight Samoan putting his ass in peoples faces, a group of oddities. And these cats were over. :dead:

Stop spitting bullshyt. :mjlol:

And The Attitude Era’s writing was complete shyt and you’re full of it if you sit here and insist otherwise. Don’t let your bias and novelty of The Attitude Era fool you into thinking otherwise. The talent made the best of the shytty writing and gimmicks that they were given and rose above the bad writing and the fans latched on to them.

It may have been shyt, but it was entertaining. Did I ever say it was great?

The writing was meh, but they’re main event talent helped carry the majority of the load. Again, THE UPPER CARD TALENT, the STARS. This new generation can’t even do that. :skip:

It was entertaining because the characters made it that way :mjlol:

A lot of talent back in those eras knew their roles and were content with it. Nowadays, you talent constantly griping and complaining if they aren’t at the top of the card. You also have said fans griping along with them as well. Everybody wants to be a major star and player when that just isn’t possible.

When Mr Ass get more cheers than 70 percent of the roster nowadays combined, that is some sad shyt. Even XPac got a reaction and dude had heat like a mofo:picard:

Of course it’s not possible. Not everyone is built to be a Major star. Just like it life where not everyone is gonna make 6 figures at a job. But the fact is the talent listed are supposed to be the stars of the show and they can’t draw shyt.

Just because some may not see them as stars doesn’t mean the E sees them the same way as the fans. They’re pushed as the stars of the company at the end of the day.

And like I said, just because WWE pushes them that way doesn’t mean fans view them as the same. We see that now with how they are struggling to sell out even with how they’ve written their top stars. Better isn’t going to change that if people just don’t care about the wrestlers themselves.

And I pointed that out. At the end of the day it’s the company as a whole that’s the problem.

Along with the talent as well as they aren’t absolved of blame and criticism for what’s going on. Like I said, a lot of these wrestlers are griping about not being booked as main event talent when they just aren’t main event talent and better writing/booking isn’t going to change that.

Bro, when I said “company as a whole” meant EVERYONE. That includes talent. :dwillhuh:
