Tua's not leaving that money on the table, regardless of how bad his concussion history is. He has $89 million guaranteed the next two seasons, which is the rest of his guaranteed money. No way he retires. :manny:

Dolphins also can't move him because he has an $83 million dead cap hit next year.

There's zero chance the NFL is letting him die on the field. That's where we're heading. That was a normal ass tackle. Just regular lowering your head shyt. They already changed a rule because the Dolphins trotted his concussed ass out there too early before. Goodell is definitely having a meeting with Ross when the cameras ain't on the both of them.

Tua is sitting down for 4 weeks. Maybe more IF he doesn't retire.

If he keeps having concussions he might not have a choice.

Andrew Luck retired and Colts looked out and let him keep all of his signing bonus when they could have got some of it.

A couple of more injuries like tonight and it’s probably a wrap for Tua.

Would you walk away from $89 million in his situation?
Probably not. 26 years old, no kids, franchise QB etc

From his POV, he's not going to. When you get older, have a family, you process life differently. We'll see tho. I feel like this is a tragic 30 for 30 in the making tho
