you claimed you played every game on ultra. you claimed you played Shogun 2. I claim ducktales. none of that other shyt matters. I don't play MMO's
thats not true; the main bottleneck for performance is the video card, and video cards are made with BIG optimization for gaming. the OS overhead nowadays is laughable.but one thing that became abundantly clear to me about consoles and pc
is its forgotten that fact that PCs are not built for games first regardless the hardware you get, that tech is built to run operating system and multiple programs
so even if you got the best shyt, you not really tapping the full potential of the money invested, whereas with a console its 100% game out the box. so for less money you getting more bang. Atleast these days for sure
what do mmos have to do with anything tho ? most people playin mmos competitively turn down the settings to pretty much the lowest possible to achieve the best performance, even on systems that can run them well on best settings.
and in mmos lots of times your bandwidth and ping >>>>> anything else
dudes build a super computer to play Counter Strike 1.6
end of the day Nintendo won this gen and will crush buildings again
What does that have to do with what you quoted me? You made a baseless point about pc games being on the level of relevance of console games. At the end of the day people want a machine that can turn on,hook up the controller, and play
When PS4/720 drop, people with powerful PCs will be able to run those games in 3k resolution.
Just think the Battlefield 4 demo was shown @ 60fps and 3k resolution, while they're targeting basically half that for consoles.
A GTX 680 is gonna be more powerful than the PS4 and many people have one here. A Titan is like squishing an ant with a sledgehammer.
I'm a firm believer in having a gaming PC and a game console. Best of both worlds. You get console exclusives and don't have to overpay for multi platform games. I still also think the variety of games and the exclusives are better on a console.
I never said there was something wrong with PC gaming. I'm actually saving to build a computer.
It's the nikkas that have to show up like " nikkas still excited about these. New consoles?, check out this random expensive graphics card that's gonna blow the ps4 out the water and make your games look like Pixar movies"
The average person doesn't give a damn about building a super computer, or graphics being so good that you can zoom onto a blade of grass and see a ant crawling on it
Graphics are damn good already, I'm sure I won't be disappointed in these new systems cause I know I'm not getting PC graphics worth 3000$
At some point it's not worth it to most people
Face it breh
the OP took an article that was basically Nvidia shytting on consoles, and tried to spin into something that somehow made the one of the consoles look better than the other. it was a fools errand. deal with it
