When Twitter took off 16-17 years ago smartphones really weren’t mainstream and Wi-Fi and internet wasn’t anywhere nearly as widely available.
Now pretty much everyone with pulse has a smartphone with unlimited data and internet.
Zuckerberg also has Facebook and IG that he uses to promote his new platform in threads.
