It’s okay not to be okay started off okay but ended up being boring as fukk :russell:

I'm sorry you went through that. Took me 3 episodes to throw it into the bushes. It is nice and colorful filmography wise, but shows that depend on relationships like that are boooooring.

Watch Mother

Almost finished with Mother, Japanese series from 2010.

I then found out there is another variation of the story as a Korean movie.

Eating off of this theme for a minute.

Switching to Japanese shows after I finish Something in the Rain.

Edit: Lee Bo-Young in Mine, gonna have to watch this.

If you haven't seen them yet I strongly recommend:

The Naked Director
Million Yen Women
Alice In Borderland
Yakuza to Kazoku

Netflix should secure a deal for more live-action JP content like they did with Korea.

I think I started Million Yen Women when you recommended it last time. I'll see where I left off.

I can see why they don't pick up more J-dramas. They are very dry unless they have a ridiculous premise. Filmography in Korean joints are more consistent too. Soundtracks are better in J-dramas though.

I've got family hunter, 家族狩り as my next watch.

I'll be loading up episode 7 when I watch the show, but I can tell it is going to get on my nerves. This dude is too clingy. Add the mom and bro...

This show is about to take a nosedive.

Side note; I'm all out of tears. Just finished Mother in Japanese.

:mjcry:

Korean and Japanese Mother series cooked me brehs. Get on those ASAP.
