I can't find info on that but Rugal was probably less. The special effects is CW tier shyt so I can't imagine it was wild expensive. I think the average kdrama is doing about <$1 Million per episode. So maybe $16 mill or less.

IIRC, the most expensive Netflix/OG kdrama is Arthdal Chronicles. Locations probably balloon the costs way more than special effects. I think that's why IRIS is also up there with all the sets between Korea, China, Japan, and Hungary.

Dudes in Rugal don't really go anywhere from what I've seen. The action is all in Korea, in simple settings like the streets, in shacks and abandoned warehouses.
