No, I want to see a another black wall street or more "Atlanta's and DC's" around the USA and not a black versions of Chinatown. We should not wanna emulate Chinatown... Why do people constantly overrate Chinatown when discussing topics revolving around black economics? In my honest opinion black Atlanta is doing much better than Chinatowns.
Also we should go beyond silly ma and pa shops.
This is a good point.Next step is we need to throw support behind our black colleges and universities. We need to help the be prominent and attract our youth.
i agree with everything you say, but ma and pa shops are the staple of every community. we should support them, and we actually need more. i dont know of too many black owned corner stores. and these people are sending their kids to college, sending money home, etc with the money earned at these shops.
but you're right. we built this country. we should be far ahead of any asian group.
Maybe after this we start opening our own corner stores and food spots in Our own neighborhoods...:PantherBless2:
i dont even think it would be that hard with unity.
select one corner store in the neighborhood to boycott. in nyc it would take 1 or two months for them to have to close up shop.
then blacks take control of that spot. then slowly pick off every nonblack business in the community so that we're serving our own people.
ain't that how it usually goes though? he's probably slowly sabotaging the bank right now until it cannot sustain itself then it'll go to creditors. The future owner
