Exactly so what's stopping folks that are frustrated with their 'difficult' lives in the U.S waiting for?

Lots of people are tired of being second class citizens, when in africa they would be first esp if they have a U.S degree. :wtf:
because people dont want to start from scratch(or nearly scratch). there's 100 years worth of infrastructure you would have to build in some of these african countries. and i'm not just talking roads, etc. i'm talking EVERYTHING we have in the states. that we also helped build.
