For a couple hundred more dollars you can get the 900H, this makes no sense.

The 900H is ~300 more and starts at 55". Dude clearly said he wasn't looking to spend more than 500 (although that set he showed is 600) and no more than 50 inches.:childplease:

This thread tells me that nobody has ever worked in sales. Ya'll are just straight up ignoring with the customer is asking for:heh:

OP, here is a Vizio M-Series Quantum that is in your price range and specifications

https://www.vizio.com/en/tv/m-series/M50Q7-H1

I own the 65" Q8, but this is still a pretty quality set for what you are paying for. As harsh as some of the guys might be in here, they do have a point. For more money, you can get a better quality set. This should be obvious. But if you are looking to jump in a 4K set right now, set in your budget, and aren't fully concerned about all the other stuff the guys are talking about here, this set should work fine for you.

Breh you can’t be cheap on your TV when you buying a 500 dollar console hustling backwards. You supposed to have the TV before the console. Rule of thumb if it’s under a rack it’s probably trash. I say check Reviews and Ratings and find a good monitor or TV in your price range. Those dudes test TVs for a living.

If you gonna get a Sony save a bit more and get this one. Or look for it open box.

This one has a couple HDMI 2.1 ports. eARC for uncompressed Dolby Atmos. It has a real 10 bit panel on it instead of an 8 bit panel with color trickery to simulate a 10 bit. That Sony you talking about has an IPS panel and the blacks are gonna be worse for it. You're better off with a VA panel.
