Bro, I just posted what the law says. The law clearly states that she had no legal ground. I don't want this woman to go free because Zimmerman did. I'd much rather live in a world where Zimmerman and people like him go to prison for obvious murder and misuse of weapons than the other way around.

As for the rest of your post, it's nothing but emotional nonsense. If you take one second to read my posts in this thread I stated that the sentence is highly excessive and unfair. I think she deserves probation. Please address my arguments and not something else.

Linking to a lawyer explaining the law is emotional nonsense?

And your application of the events of the case with the "law" isnt accurate because Alexander didnt initiate the confrontation. She responded to it.

And you could make a case that she was engaged in "home protection" which greatly expands her legal rights to self defense.

You come across as having an agenda, especially with your cheap "emotional nonsense" bullsht.

I mean that you erroneously said I wanted the woman to spend time in prison when I clearly stated throughout the thread that the sentence was excessive and that she deserved probation. At least have the common decency to apologize for blatantly lying.

Again, I posted the law. It's right there for you to read.

And you could make a case that she was engaged in "home protection" which greatly expands her legal rights to self defense.

That's not what the law says. Read again.

(2) The presumption set forth in subsection (1) does not apply if:
(a) The person against whom the defensive force is used has the right to be in or is a lawful resident of the dwelling, residence, or vehicle, such as an owner, lessee, or titleholder, and there is not an injunction for protection from domestic violence or a written pretrial supervision order of no contact against that person; or

You come across as having an agenda, especially with your cheap "emotional nonsense" bullsht.

The only agenda I have is the law. I already stated that the sentencing and mandatory guidelines for this case are highly excessive. I would much rather the judge have discretion to propose probation. I don't know what else you want from me. She's far from not being guilty of reckless use of a weapon.

How about I not apologize you fukking prick...This is what you said earlier where you insinuated strongly that she deserves prison time. You didnt suggest that probation should be the extent of her sentence:

I do think that the amount of years is very excessive though. The judge should have some discretion. A felony charge and long probation would be sufficient given her criminal record and the pleas of her husband.

What are you missing from reading this sentence here:

She committed a felony. If it was up to me she would get probation for years as opposed to prison time.

Please stop it.

You're backtracking and adding context to a post that was highly ambiguous and strongly suggested you wanted her to do prison time, since felonies almost always result in a prison sentence, and you only took umbrage with the "amount" of years, and not a prison sentence itself. Then you arrogantly tell me to apologize to you for responding to something you suggested and you call me a liar?

Just in case that wasn't clear enough, here is another post of mine from last September:

She's getting a retrial at least and some national exposure now.

I think what she did was a crime but in no way is it a crime that deserves that many years in prison. Some probation would have been appropriate.

Oh how thoughtless of me, I didnt consult your posting history dating all the way back to goddamn september. You're a fukking clown. Instead of trolling me, go troll the goddamn lawyers whose scholarly interpretations of the SYG laws conflict with your amateurish drivel. Tell them how much better you are at analyzing statutes.

This case seems to make you emotional to the point where you sound like you might need some counseling.

SHE SHOT AT THE GUY, BROTHER! INSIDE A HOUSE, DUDE! SHE STARTED SOME KIND OF ARGUMENT, LEFT THE ROOM, GOT HER GUN,E BACK, AND SHOT AT A MAN WHILE CHILDREN WERE PRESENT, MEAN GENE!
She was cheating on dude too. He confronted her and she flipped out. fukk that nasty hair hatted hooligan. Hope this becomes a thing. Start charging these bytches for stepping out of pocket. 60 years is to light of a sentence for shooting in a house full of kids when she had more then enough time and access to leave.

Smh at idiots cheering for her to get off just for the simple fact she's black. fukking redicululas.

Basically this.

I understand why people are mad and want her to go free but she committed an obvious crime.

It would be akin asking for some mother who beat the shyt out of her toddler to go free because Casey Anthony was found not guilty.

I do think that the amount of years is very excessive though. The judge should have some discretion. A felony charge and long probation would be sufficient given her criminal record and the pleas of her husband.
:what: Please tell me this nikka isn't testifying on her behalf.

Please tell me this nikka isn't still down with the bytch he caught cheating and then got upset she got caught so tryed to kill him with his kids in the house all the n the same day. and then when she got bail tryed to fight that nikka again. Come on dog please tell me this aint whats going on.:snoop::snoop::snoop:
