Marissa Alexander, the mother who was recently freed after being sentenced to 20 years for firing a warning shot, is up for trial again in July. Well everyone's favorite prosecutor, Angela Corey wants another shot and promises to recommend that she serve time for her convictions consecutively, not concurrently as was the case during the last sentencing.

Let's keep Prosecutor Corey's record straight: No conviction or time for George Zimmerman, only attempted murder charges for Dunn, and a conviction (albeit overturned) and possible sentence of 60 years for a crime (if you wanna call it that) where no one was hurt.

Angela should step down from the case...the stupid c*nt. Petition should have been out that she shouldn't have the same lawyer on the case.

Stand Your Ground law is garbage, and its making people shoot because they know you get more time for shoplifting than killing someone in Florida.

The history of the law is some hick congressman said the use of deadly force laws are to strict because fine white folks like James Workman can go jail, so he weakened the law on 2005 for fine white folks.

(history of the law: http://www.tampabay.com/news/public...-born-of-2004-case-but-story-has-been/1225164)

Its a garbage law and I hope she gets 60 years.

The facts of this case punches holes in her defense. She actually shot at a man with kids standing by his side. She is an animal. Also, she confronted him after she got out of jail.
