Sicario was like 2 different movies, they focused on the female way too much. Should've developed Del Toro's character a little more. It's almost like they tried to extend his character from Traffic, but not enough.

Micheal Jordan is a mediocre actor. Story was contrived and fairly corny. None of the fighters looked decent (compared to old school boxing movies), Fights were outrageous and over the top (boxers trading haymakers like its nothing)..
Overall movie was very underwhelming. Maybe I've seen to many good ones to be impressed by this mediocre film, but to each his own I guess

My main problem with the film is the last fight I felt they went ward with the rocky homage. The fight felt straight out of the OG films. The way the fights were shot and handled earlier in the film was the right balance between realism and Hollywood imo then they threw it all out and the finale.
