SMF and LAX to VA and NC
This one game likely doesn't do anything for his career, unless its a watershed performance that leads them back to win the series, or a watershed performance on the other end of the spectrum that hastens their elimination in a sweep...

So this game doesn't mean anything, but this series does, and more importantly, his time in LA, however long it is, is gonna have a huge bearing on how he's looked at in retrospect down the line. He needs to win a title in LA. Thats what he was brought here for, thats what the expectations were. If he doesn't even come close to a championship its gonna reflect on him poorly, particularly given all the leaked news on his behind-the-scenes arrogance and general nonchalance compared to contemporaries of his who seemingly have more "drive" and "leadership"...

Shoulda never been compared to LeBron. Cats really in here saying the Toronto run solidified his legacy but LeBron has done that multiple times to an even greater degree than '19 Kawhi and yall still find ways to discredit and disrespect his legacy...

Bron is essentially Scottie Pippen on his roster thus far this playoff...not an equal comparison

What games are you watching?

LeBron plays the game at a different speed than maybe anyone ever. What he's doing right now is purposeful and orchestrated, and isn't something new for him. He's helping bridge confidence, comraderie and cohesion with a team that played without key pieces for half the season. He's picking his spots, at this point in the series he doesn't need to go nuclear, he knows this and knows building everyone else's confidence up will pay dividends in later rounds when the stakes get higher...

Scottie Pippen in no lifetime could do what Bron has shown thru 3 games so far. Where alot of yall view Bron as having fallen off, praying for it, and to be fair I do think he's still working on his recovery from the ankle, what's really going on us he's able to gradually ramp up while conserving energy and building chemistry with the squadn...

Dude I'm not praying for anything, I honestly don't care. I mean for wateva reason you wanna interpret, it's obvious AD has been doing the heavy lifting thus far this playoff. He's the one that catches the heat when the Lakers underperform not Lebron, much like Kawhi is (this postseason at least). It's not an equal comparison. I don't even see how that can be construed as controversial or a hot topic.
If this were any other star you would acknowledge that, be fair bro.

Kawhi gonna get some heat if they lose but it’s really PG’s legacy (if he ever had one) that’s in question. Kawhi dropped 30 on the first half last game and none of his teammates did shyt!! He needs some of these other nikkas to wake up. One man alone can’t win in the playoffs.

nope

not letting yall nikkas change the narrative

they have ibaka, beverley, batum, zubac and kennard which is a LOT more than most teams can say. the vegas odds the last two seasons prove itt. the sentiment of the public proves it. and the sentiment of the "experts" does as well. to be bounced in the first round (swept potentially) is inexcusable. this team was built to win an NBA championship. anything less is an absolute failure my dude

That is not good.
I mean, maybe to you it’s good.
But that is not a good supporting cast.

Yeah he’s an elite scorer and a top notch defender when he wants to be...but he doesn’t give you the impression that he cares about his teammates and that his teammates care about him. He just on his terminator shyt 24/7 but his team needs him to lead cuz u can’t rely on Pat Bev or Rondo for that shyt

His legacy is set in stone, him underachieving with the Clippers doesn't delete his previous accolades and what he's accomplished. It will change how people view him though, I'm sure most will no longer consider him someone who can lead a team to the Finals.

I'm more interested to see if the Clippers will blow it up and if so where Kawhi and PG will land

2 DPOY 2 Rings 2 finals MVP should have an MVP but the league was all on steph nuts.

First ballot HOF. I know its fun to talk shyt but the reality is nobody gives a fukk about him failing to win a ring with the clippers cause its the fukking clippers. If God himself came down and suited up for the clippers he would blow a 3-1 lead.
