First two movies were classic

The third film sucked. Not like Alien 3 or Godfather 3 bad, but it sucked.

“Did you know that the first Matrix was designed to be a perfect human world? Where none suffered, where everyone would be happy. It was a disaster. No one would accept the program. Entire crops were lost. Some believed we lacked the programming language to describe your perfect world. But I believe that, as a species, human beings define their reality through suffering and misery. “

Just rewatched the matrix couple weeks ago :blessed:

Tryna muster the courage to rewatch 2 and 3 :unimpressed:
3, I can understand, but 2 is fukking incredible.

Burly Brawl may have aged poorly visually, but it's still one of the best choreographed fights with a blend of live action and CGI effects in film history.

And that soundtrack...:wow:

the steak is actually the red pill :ufdup: youre either eating digital steak, or eating yourself.

the relationship between the machine (iron golem) and mankind is rooted in heme the molecule that makes blood red.

heme.gif

but the oxygen (blue pill) that heme carries is only necessary for humans not for metal/robots.

so the matrix is a roundabout way of explaining how a vampire thinks. or rather that they dont think, they are just robots

@Marks "Neo of Blood" :damn:
Bilhah and Zilpah were multidimensional women who found ways to navigate the realities of their lives.

@Koichos I just noticed these two words are similar but have different meanings

and

so the difference between "men" and "wives" is an aleph? :ohhh:

I thought with our annual reading of the Torah, one of these years, one of the Jewish communities I am part of would choose to focus on Bilhah’s and Zilpah’s stories through their eyes, but it feels like that day will never come. They seem relegated to stay in the obscurity of zero-dimensional supporting characters who exist solely to add depth to the main characters.
