Because she was trying to court never trump conservatives and center left "democrats" in the rust belt battleground states. That was obviously a bad decision, but had nothing to do with her not being further left than most democrat candidates.


The issue is alot of yall think democrats from those fly over states are the same as democrats from coastal states and cities. Those "blue wall" voters are alot more conservatives than California and New York voters.

Nah, I'm not about to debate you over a claim I never made. I didn't say kamala was far left, I said she was further left than most of the democrat party, which is in the center, sometimes center right depending on the state.

My point was that this country isn't as far left as some believe, catering to that base wasn't gonna help.
