I need inspiration brehs! im on day 4 and im sore like a muthafukker. Sucks because im on my feet all day at work as a RN. What can i do to ease the pain?
Im doing protein shakes after the exercise and following the diet plan religiously (lean meats,low fat,low calorie foods, zero sugar foods aka snacks)
