3H is a WRESTLER. At his core that is what that man is, and he is a great one. It's no surprise then once he got control that he went out and brought in some of the best wrestlers in the world.
Vince was never a wrestler so he doesn't have the same appreciation for a guy like Punk, Bryan, Rollins, Cesaro that 3H does.
