He has a point. UofI is a nice school/campus. They would be a powerhouse if the coaches could consistently bring in the state's top talent.

Self was getting some beasts to go there, but it's been down hill since he's left. Bruce Weber just couldn't "convince" kids to come there.

I understand they're not in the upper echelon of college ball, but damn, they would be if the kids from the city/state went there.
