yeah i know rick rude is laughed at in wrestling circles for being vain and having no legs, he had a good physique but a six pack then is rare.

ok my mistake.
i believe if you are heavy body ie. physique is brolic then you have a six pack i believe you are on some type of supplements. i believe its part and parcel with that meterosexual lifestyle. if you are working out its to be healthy and strong the six pack does none of this but add a different look to your physique. it was adopted by body builders on the gas as part of body differentiation but got taken on by the "vain guys".
the cover of menshealth magazine and all those type of mags always showing meteros with six packs so i guess people tend to think thats a decent look. i feel personally its an eye sore and a signal of someone effeminate. all the great physiques i like (pause) dont have six packs.
i hear what you are saying but be honest how many people you see in the gym with a six pack will also have those supplement shakes, its part and parcel.
