It’s funny to see people that don’t watch Titans games talk about King Henry like he is some bruiser back. He isn’t running looking for contact he is looking for open space to turn on the jets.

He is weird ... a HUGE back with amazing feet ,breakaway speed, and a stiff arm of the gods. And it’s not just DBs he is mashing on big LBs.

The only take away is he isn’t a great receiver... who cares when he is getting chunk yardage off simple off tackle runs. Imagine if our best lineman didn’t get hurt earlier in the year. Taylor Lewan be throwing nikkas out the club on the left side.

Plays like this make me wonder what would happen if a regular person like me tried to tackle Derrick Henry.
He would probably just lift me in the air and carry me into the endzone like a waitress carrying a tray of drinks.

Yeah it's coming. I haven't played since semi-pro days, and I have that itch. These competitive, professionals are looking to the chance.

One of these big safeties or LBs going to bring him down to earth at the latest next season...early. And he's not going be the same again lol.
Yup anyone who played defense on a football team knows that nikkas love taking on challenges like this.

No hate displayed by those posters at all, just reality. EVERY ONE at some point gets humbled in combat sports. Always someone ouchea looking to make their name off yours, and oftentimes that nikka is just a degree crazier than the biggest bull in the pen.

:sas1:

Not a soul in this world thought Mike Tyson was in any way, shape, or form beatable. And Iron Mike was exponentially more brutal than Henry. Then the night of February 11, 1990 at the Tokyo Dome happened...

And there's no need for me to stress the rest :sas2:

just sit back and enjoy and make sure you’re not the next nikka up on that summer jam screen  :leostare:

Funny thing is, he's all in nikkas head with these highlights. I'm talking bout the players.

Truth is, he should be more appealing to tackle than a 5'10" RB.

If you played defense you know how hard it is to hit those short rbs who run low. You get nothing but pads and knees.

With Henry, he runs upright and has a lot of body to hit. Problem is he's in players heads and they pause. Giving him a chance to stiff arm him.

I'd be coming in like a missile aiming for a leg.

He's great at the moment but defenders going figure it out and start punishing him. His body going take a beating if he don't get those pads down.

That was my gift. Honestly, it's hard for taller men to get that low at times, so they feel nothing but shoulder pads and leverage. :myman:

it's uncommon common sense

he's a heavyweight rb but titans don't run him like a battering ram

most times the defensive line barely touch bros jersey

he's rolling right up on linebackers & defensive.backs with the momentum

hunting mismatches

bring balance back to the force #tote.the.rock
