It's not like Pritchard is going to be there for long. Aldis, even though I'm to him he has some good options, go back to Impact and more likely be in the world title scene, AEW where they can have him go for the All-Atlantic or TNT title with the chances of going for the world title (plus, there's ROH), and WWE where it doesn't matter what brand he's on, he'll be an upper mid carder like Karrion Kross.
