They gonna move further out. That is the plan. Actually folks can go to the city meetings (can't think of the name) and they show to the public what areas over the next decade that they intend to gentrify.

The thing is this shyt is a cycle. Take McKinney, TX. Twenty years ago it was the country and folks use to go out there to hunt. Well now it is a huge suburb that mainly white folks moved out to. But over the last 7 to 10 years more and more blacks and latins started to move out there.

Well guess what is happening.....some whites are beginning to move from there because the view is that it is getting too dark. They speak in code about section 8 folks but really the issue is middle class blacks and latins are moving out there.

You see this shyt coming to a head with the incident with the cop out there when some white folks called the police on those black kids.

Same with my in laws 2 family in Brownsville. They're getting nothing but calls to sell. It's tempting though....hearing 7 figures makes you go...

And people have been selling for a fraction of the true value of their homes. Many end up in ghettos or awful places outside the city (Chester, PA is a classic example)... Same shyt in DC and PG County.

I had no idea how hood Chester was until I started working out in PA. Chester chicks would tell me stories and I didnt believe it at first since I rarely if ever rolled out there.

You can add downtown Camden to this list too. It looks like a completely different area from my teenage years.

The thing with Teddy is he "gets" the part that is probably the hardest aspect of being a QB.

When the game is on the line or we need a 2 minute drill score, he gets it done. I'd say he is similar to Eli in that regard. Numbers won't blow you away, but he gets the job done.

I live in the Savannah/Low country area, Hilton Head used to be straight geechee land (shyt at one time it was the only black beach for hundreds of miles) as a young buck who was used to the island being a playground for rich east coasters, was surprised to learn how black the island was not that long ago

The good thing is people are getting more aware of it. The same shyt is happening here in South Philly. Some rich trust-fund Jewish guy has been gentrifying the area by buying houses, remodeling and selling them to white folks moving in. He tried to get elected for city council early this year and lost (after outspending a black incumbent 8 to 1).
But he's winning and the gentrification seems inevitable (like other areas of the city already have). There are two huge houses going up just behind mine right now.
Every week there's a sticker on my door handle asking me to sell.

Every time I come back to Philly the last 3 years the shyt is gettin worse & worse...
