One, that is a ridiculously wide range.
Two, class is not defined by income levels. If you take a scientific view of how society is structured, how labor is organized, how wealth is produced, and how some people become fantastically rich and others terribly impoverished and struggling, it comes down to relations to the means of production. The vast majority of people making between $18K and $75K are working class. They would benefit from universal health care. Why? Co-pays would be eliminated, their conditions would be covered, etc. And an overlooked fact is that people would be able to more freely move between jobs or even start up new businesses if their health care wasn't tied to their job. Way too many people find themselves stuck in jobs that they hate simply because they're afraid of losing health care. Unacceptable.
