My thing is if Europeans convinced black people in America that they weren't actually from America, why didn't they do the same for parts of Africa?

Why didn't they tell Nigerians that they were actually from some other unknown location? Why didn't they tell Australian Aboriginals that they were from Africa?

It's weird that they didn't do this to any other location. Also, where did the people who we currently call Native Americans come from?

If they were here along with us, why didn't the Europeans also lie to them about their origins, especially since they did everything to get them off the land?

I believe Tariq said white people brought thousands of Chinese people here and dressed them up as Indians and told them to pretend they were already here.

I personally believe that my ancestors descend from Africa but their is a fraction of ADOS that do have Native American ancestry no need to take offense to that if it does not concern you.
