Thinking of training in Boxing...what's it like?

When you started so late what was the average age in the gym. Does it even matter ?

Average age in the boxing class is probably mid 20s. We don't have any active fighters currently so it's pretty much a bunch of guys doing it for fun, trying to stay in shape.

Age range is huge though. We got some 14 yer olds and some maybe a 50 year old. At the end of the day, it doesn't actually matter. Just get out there, get in shape, and learn.

If she can handle it. In general, women really like boxing and kickboxing because of the personal training aspect.
