Season 2
1. It was the condo developer who put Valcheck on to Frank Sabotka so he'd be out of the picture in how they'd develop the gultch/condos.

Thanks, but I thought Valcheck had his pride hurt when Sabotka bought a stained glass panel at his church in a spot where he planned to buy one. A D measuring contest.,Sobotka told him off and he went on a mission to bring him down, looking for dirt.

Yes, you're right. Absolutely Valcheck started on his own; I'd say the condo developer egged it on big time. Look at the scene with the condo developer again (with the context of the dock workers being frustrated that condos may get built instead of more job opportunities for the steveadores) when you can. He definitely has an agenda when sucking up to Valcheck
