nikka I don't care what 'they' do, and I wasn't alive during the baby boom to have criticized it. The baby boom was said to have been a great time because it created a huge blue collar work force to support a newly established manufactured industry, we are now a digital communication industry. that work force is now retiring and the govt is in limbo on how it will support it. wtf are you talking?

Disagree. You might want to google Kinshasa 2011 or 2012. Most capitals as of today are up to western standard due to do the chinese building projects 2 decades ago. The chinese build like ants. This isn't the 90s. In fact congo is building an artificial island right now that is similar to the one in dubai. Angola is also on a massive building project.

I would say Botswana and Ghana are one of the most stable and haven't had war in almost a century.
