$500. I've seen some online from the early 1900s that were $2000+ . From the late 1800s around $5000.OP..
How much does the mask cost?
Silly post. In an effort to talk down to people, you are instead exposing yourself. You stupid Murican.
You can't just buy any mask. The mask relates to your ancestors' tribe. First you have to seek where you are from before you adopt an identity, lost child.
Africa is a huge place.![]()
Did I stutter, motherfxcker?
You Muricans, man.Silly post. In an effort to talk down to people, you are instead exposing yourself.
Largest home collections of African art that I've seen was at the home of an Ewe couple, and it included art and artifacts from the entire Ghana/Togo/Burkina Faso area. Including masks.
Try again.
Then walk in there like Killmonger and scoop it off of themIt isn't! But imagine buying this shyt now for $500. Some of these mask are selling in the thousands dating back from the early 1900s.
Plus I just think it's cool to have a piece of African art.

Just because you are black doesn't mean you can just have any mask you like.
For, example a white Murican CAC who doesn't know where in Europe his ancestors came from so decides to adopt the culture of Italy when he's blond and most likely Dutch. You see, the point I'm trying to make is that just because you slightly look like your from somewhere doesn't mean you are. I didn't say you can't buy the mask and respect the culture but just to buy it just because you watched a film is very insincere and no better than the CACs who sold it to you in the first place.
In the Caribbean we never lost our identity or our roots, you lost child.
