They're trying to make Kendrick Pac, and it's not working

I like some of Kendrick music but he seems contrived deep like Jay Electronica. And you are right, Pac's lyrics touched you. Probably had more to do with his upbringing in a revolutionary family. Of all my favorite Pac lyrics, his feature on Scarface's Smile, smile are the most memorable. The words still ring true 20 years later. Was a young genius.

Honestly as much as I fukk with Jay Electronica...he pretty much bit Killah Priest's whole steez.

Kendricks music hits my heart.

His latest release Untitled 6 hits my heart. It makes me think about my wife friend. Pac is pac, Kendrick is Kendrick. Both are good. Lets like both and lets appreciate both for the good work they do. Only the good work though.

Im not going to dislike Kendricks music because a record label says his music is good. I think some friends try to hard to go against the grain and in this case, its not warranted.
