If you read reports from the past and present, the occupants of these UAPs are always following or fukking with Military equipment. There are reports from multiple countries that they deactivate Nuke missiles all the time or even shot test missiles from the skies. Yea other than monitoring activity, I would think they still have to visit earth to mine some resources and materialized energy that can only be found here. I’ve heard earth was originally mined for gold and copper and thats how slavery was introduced.

I have a harder time belieiving that is more plausible. You give world governments too much credit. We can't even come to an honest agreement on lowering our carbon emissions much less propping up some fake alien invasion.
