Watched the first episode, and half of the second, and it honestly did not hold my attention.
It did not add anything new to the whole 'Walking Dead'/Zombie/dystopian motif that we've seen dozens of times already.
I think some of the gamers in here hyping it up a bit too much- talmbout its already a classic

Of course its going to do well for the first couple of episodes/1st season. 1.) It has the HBO marketing behind it with no other competition (still waiting on Succession) 2.) It is leveraging a very generic, yet dependable zombie apocalypse storyline that always sells. Just look at the numbers Walking Dead pulled in- its plain as day that people *still* love zombie material.
I was simply stating that it lacked creativity. And I wouldn't be surprised if you start to see the numbers drop off a cliff in the second season unless they offer some real sort of intrigue.

Sad but HBO's big flagship series are misses for me, House of the Dragon and all of the birthing scenes and now a bootleg Walking Dead
House of the Dragon is making the worst part of Game of Thrones even worse

The guy, wasn't he in Boba Fett or some Star Wars show people were crazy about? I didn't watch but sounds like they got someone good for this show

He was actually in Game Of Thrones too as the character Oberyn (Season 4)
OMG, I can't believe I didn't catch that
I have watched GOT at least 4 times in it's entirety and never thought about the actor who played Oberyn even though I thought he was a dope character. SMH
