Well 14 is two away from the 50%. is he better than half the GMs, that's debatable

The THJR trade was good. he signed Dwight something no other GM could do. Prince seems like he'll be a solid pick

You got some that'll argue that if you're team makes the playoffs consistently you should be no worse than 16th since half the league makes the playoffs. So against that measure being 14th isn't that impressive

Buds resume as President/de facto GM is a mixed bag. (Wes Wilcox is the real GM in title but we all know Bud is running the shyt, Wes is just a do boy). Let Horford & DMC go for nothing. Gave WOAT a huge contract he didn't deserve. Is Bembry gonna develop into a rotational player? For every positive you listed I got at least one or two things I could counter with that are legitimate questions/poor personnel moves. I'd say 14th is probably fair but Hawks management could fall a couple more spaces too

For as much as he doesn't like our front office. We haven't made stupid deals like nurkic and 1st for plumlee. We haven't been in the lottery enough to have many busts.
