I'd rather have Scott over both Humphries and Muscala Enough unathletic CACs on the roster for my liking

Plus the clusterfukk at SG/SF will be a problem anyway real soon

Korver, Thabo and Baze look at least servicable for the near future and can be played 20+ minutes a night

The rookies (especially Prince) will need some minutes to develop, Taurean has the most potential out of all the wings we got right now

Then you have Hardaway who figures to come off the bench too

Do they get "cut" or just move to D league? Esp our rookies?

We lose all rights to a player that is waived (or "cut"), any other team can sign them

His BBIQ is good. He needs to improve his reaction time which has improved a lot since last year.

He could be a pretty good NBA player with more development

You and I just have a different way of seeing it. He looks overmatched against quicker big men and looks stiff in the post. He's a fringe NBA roster guy at his peak.

As for Moose or Scott overall I'd take Scott because he is a more explosive scorer and outside shooter. I value that more than an unathletic big who can't easily create for himself. For the record I don't think either get cut b/c of Splitter being hurt and Wop's injury history. You need both even tho they are both limited players

The Hawks waived veteran Jarrett Jack on Thursday. The release of the veteran point guard, who has been unable to practice as he returns from torn right knee ligaments, reduced the training camp roster 17 players.

For the record, I think there's a chance Jack comes back when healthy. I don't trust Delaney enough to back up Dennis for a season. I also think we need more depth at the C position b/c Tiago is an injury prone bum and Edy isn't an NBA caliber big. If Wop misses games were in trouble at that position

Splitter will be ok. He looked good to me in the scrimmage. You just gotta rest that hammy until the season start. And humphries can play center better than pero ever did. I think we will be fine but we need a backup pg

I don't get the muscala hate. He looks so much better than last year to me. Hes going to look much better at pf with a low post presence next to him. Fortunately we won't have to cut him or edy. Magett and Bynum will be the last cuts to get to 15.

The tough part is deciding which 3 will be inactive on a nightly basis
