Last year, and in years prior there were threads about arguments escalating into gunfire and death at graduations.
Last year in New Orleans, it happened at a high school graduation that took place at an HBCU auditorium. Somebody's grandmother got killed by a stray bullet.

Rather read about cop presence than about Black people being murdered.

Nah @NoMoreWhiteWoman2020 ain't trying to hear about black lives being saved. He love the shucking too much

Them rules are in place to prevent complete chaos. Now, I don’t mind a small celebration, but we all know there would be quite a few who would stretch out their celebration into a full blown show; turning a 2/3 hour graduation into 4 plus hours, having some parents missing out on their kids being called, etc. Can’t have that. Follow the rules that’s in place, and if you don’t like the rule, protest it beforehand.
